Support services are INCLUDED in your monthly rental fee - no per-call or annual contracts to purchase. Support is available via telephone, fax, or e-mail Monday - Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm ET. Please note that support services do NOT cover issues with Windows, Networking, or hardware not obtained from us.

Extended support services are available covering data analysis/repair at a cost of $99/hour, with a 1/2 hour minimum. All extended support services must be prepaid.

Emergency support is available 24/7, 365 days a year for $50 per call.

 
All hardware packages are sold new with a full manufacturer's warranty.
